About Me
At the heart of my work is a lifelong passion: developing human capacity—helping people, teams, and organizations grow into their fullest potential. Building meaningful connection has always been my way in. Whether I’m working 1:1 or with a team, I’m listening for what wants to emerge and helping clear the path for it to come through.
That drive has been the through line of my work across industries—from philanthropy and academic research to education, nonprofits, and corporate leadership. I’ve always been drawn to what helps people evolve—how insight, trust, and courageous communication create the conditions for transformation.
I coach both individual leaders and the relationship systems they’re part of—executive pairs, leadership teams, and organizations. My work blends deep, individualized coaching with systems thinking to shift culture from the inside out.
My Approach Is Informed By:
Visible Thinking (Harvard's Project Zero)
Co-Active Coaching (Certified through CTI)
Internal Family Systems (IFS) (Level 2 Trained)
ORSC (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching)
Hogan and Enneagram (Assessment Protocols)
This work is about more than performance. It’s about unlocking what’s possible when people lead from authenticity, teams build real trust, and organizations commit to meaningful change.
And a Bit More About Me
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me soaking up time in nature, reading something that stretches my thinking, or connecting with people I love. I’m endlessly curious about what helps us grow and thrive—not just as professionals, but as whole human beings. That curiosity is what keeps me inspired and grounded in this work.
